Working on this project was a labor of love, featuring over 200 names with letters just shy of half an inch. The meticulousness required for this task was no joke, but I embraced it wholeheartedly. To navigate through the hours of repetitive steps, I adopted an assembly line mentality, and surprisingly, it made the process oddly therapeutic.
Every year, we add three new names to the board, almost like saying hello to old friends. It's a subtle yet meaningful tradition that adds a layer of joy to the project. While I may not have the best pictures to do it justice, I couldn't resist sharing this beauty with you all. Some things are just too stunning to keep hidden.
I don't have all the name plates visible in the photos, but to give you a idea each one of the honor boards was filled. Just like the Greek honor board.
